Handpicked, fermented on skins for 8 days and lightly pressed direct to Amphoras.

Matured in Amphoras for 18 months

Our Amphoras are made form compressed sandstone and moulded at extremly high temperatures. The result is a very smooth glass like finish on the inside of the amphora.
